The Parish Council will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 19th November starting at 11am in the Village Hall. You may remember the last Open Day was in February 2020 and just a month later we were in lockdown!
If you run a group in the village and would like a table to showcase what you do, please email bradleysbothparishcouncil@gmail.com to book a space.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the period of National Mourning when no public notices can be published. The Bradleys Both Parish Council meeting that was due to be held on 20th September will now take place on Tuesday 27th September at 7.30pm in the Methodist chapel schoolroom.
Bradley Show will go ahead on Sunday 11th September. However, to mark the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth there will be an announcement at 12 noon, followed by 2 minutes silence and the National Anthem. There will be a Book of Condolence in a gazebo at the Show for anyone who would like to leave a message. On Monday the Book will be available to view and sign in the Village Hall Committee room until after the day of the funeral. It was felt that this was the best way for the Community to come together to remember and what the Queen would have wanted…business as usual.
Books of Condolence have also been opened at Skipton Town Hall and at the Council offices in Belle Vue Square, Skipton. An online book of condolence is available via Buckingham Palaceb s website atB https://www.royal.uk
It is with great sadness that Bradleys Both Parish Council learnt of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Our condolences are extended to King Charles III and all the Royal Family. RIP
